I highly recommend reaching out to Joe Ledford from Empire to get an honest assessment of your roofing and exterior issues. Joe first diagnosed my roof and provided insight into the condition and cause of damage that was enough to warrant replacement covered by insurance. He explained the different insurance companies and policy details enough to make me smarter about my choice of insurance and how they would determine coverage. Joe was 100% correct and my insurance company sent two additional inspectors to verify his assessment. The first did not follow thru, and the second expert quickly concurred with Joe’s conclusion. This accelerated my claim with insurance and I had the funds to replace the roof within a day. *Your insurance provider and policy coverage is critical* - please do your homework about them. Joe led a crew of 15 to replace my entire roof in a single day. They prepped the area first with tarps to catch debris, and they did a thorough sweep after the work was complete. There was some damage underneath the old roof that required more materials, and they were acquired immediately without slowing the progress at all. Joe’s recommended shingle was a highly rated brand #1 among many experts. All I had to do was pick the color and accept delivery a few days before the replacement began. Joe was in constant contact and response by text and phone. He answered all my questions thoroughly and made sure I was aware of any issues and always had a plan to address. I was so confident in Joe after the roof, I hired him to replace multiple windows and do some more repairs and painting on the siding and trim. Again, Joe led the projects and teams of people like a professional. He also jumped in to do some of the work himself. He is a man of experience and integrity. I highly regard his work and work ethic. I’m grateful for the respect he’s shown to my home, my family and neighbors too. If you don’t have a Joe in your life - I highly recommend finding one as they are the critical infrastructure of our country, if not the world. I realize it takes a team and that team is all under the Empire umbrella. Joe is the face of Empire for the customer and Empire-you’re darn lucky to have him! I appreciate all the laborers and even the administrative staff at Empire too. We all need to appreciate and take care of the people who do the work!
